River Landing is a private gated community with admittance by property owner pass or temporary guest pass. The gate is manned 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Completed in April 2009 and now in full operation, the Clubhouse has become the social center of the community. A Grand Ballroom, several smaller meeting rooms, intimate locker facilities and lounges, several dining rooms and other spaces. Our Clubhouse was built with the comfort, ease and enjoyment of our residents in mind.

Their 17,000 square foot Fitness Center is equipped with state-of-the-art fitness and exercise equipment, indoor and outdoor pools, Har-Tru tennis courts, sauna, member rooms, a barbeque area and more. The River Lodge is an open air pavilion located on the banks of the Northeast Cape Fear River. Perfect for member gatherings and social occasions, the facility also provides boat storage for canoe and kayak enthusiasts who recreate on the river. Some of the nation’s top medical facilities are close by River Landing. Pender Memorial Hospital and Duplin General Hospital are just moments away. Wilmington offers two fully-staffed hospitals, The New Hanover Regional Medical Center and Cape Fear Memorial Hospital. In addition, the University of North Carolina Hospital in Chapel Hill and Duke University Medical Center are located within two hours of the community. UHS has just signed on to provide a new facility right beside the Village Store- this will be complete by 2012.
